You will be part of an all-volunteer grass-roots effort toward linking certified pesticide-free farmers with consumers who understand that now — more than ever — it is important to avoid the toxic residue and systemically absorbed pesticides in the food we eat and feed our families.
There are several ways you can support the efforts of Pro-Organic Belize with your membership.
Individual Yearly Supporting Membership will provide $25 toward the work and mission of POB to include:
- Outreach
- Farmer and consumer education
- Farm site visits
- Event participation
- Farm testing
- Printing
- Organization fees (bank/gov)
- Workshops and speakers
- Farmer support
- You will have the opportunity of knowing you are supporting Belizean farmers and consumers to find a better healthier way.
- You will have voting
privileges at
meetings.
- You will have the optional opportunity to participate on a committee or with a special project toward our mission.
- You will receive invitations to our monthly speakers meetings, workshops, and celebrations.
- You will receive a special recipe of
the month.
- You will have access to all members through a membership e-group to share ideas and suggestions.
Student Chapter Membership is $5 a year.
